Everyone here is very action-oriented. There’s a sense of urgency, which is inspiring! People talk, and things really happen. We’ve got ‘dreamers and doers’ at Zip, and here the dreams actually happen.

Our team has built the foundations for the future of Zip. Now the next 5 years is about continuing to expand and build more delight into the user experience.

We have an internal motto: Be Zippy. That means we thrive on speed, propelled by a relentless pursuit of innovation.

It’s actually possible to start a real business that has real impact; it’s not that intimidating. Anything is possible!
How do you think procurement and finance will change over the next five years?
Almost everything will in some way be touched by agentic AI automation. Zip will be right there, leading the way.
What’s something you’ve learned at Zip that’s changed how you think about work?
Zip taught me what it truly means to “own” something; to find gaps and fill them. It’s hugely rewarding to see both teammates and customers benefit from that.
What excites you most about where Zip is headed in the next five years?
I’m excited to see agentic AI continue delivering real value. It’s amazing to see our agents streamline key parts of the procurement process.
