What is a vendor card?
A vendor card is a virtual credit card employees can use to make purchases within predetermined parameters. Compared to traditional corporate cards or paper checks, vendor cards significantly reduce the amount of time finance teams need to spend hunting down details and approving purchases. With Zip’s vendor card solution, generating a virtual card number takes about two minutes or less.
How does this work with my existing ERP?
Transaction coding is defined at intake and Zip supports native, custom and flat-file integrations to sync to your ERP. When the card is used, the transaction matches back to the approved request - no manual reconciliation required.
Who issues the card?
Zip partners with leading card providers to issue cards directly in your procurement workflows. You negotiate terms with the provider, and those apply to every card issued through Zip.
What types of spend is this best for?
