If 2023 was the Year of Intake, then 2024 was undoubtedly the Year of Orchestration.

At the start of the year, in webinars, industry events, and conversations throughout the field, “procurement orchestration" was a phrase murmured with curiosity and intrigue—though few could pin down its full potential.

April - June

The industry took note. Procurement orchestration was listed as a category in the Gartner^® Hype Cycle^™ for the first time, with several leading industry analysts officially recognizing this emerging category in their reports.
