What inspired you to join Zip and contribute your expertise?

Even early on, the value of a flexible Intake-to-Pay product was immediately clear.

Can you share a memorable success story of an impactful project from your time in procurement?

One of my most rewarding early projects was implementing Zip’s Intake-to-Pay solution for our very first client, seeing it succeed end-to-end. It’s incredibly gratifying that even two and a half years later they’re still an extremely happy customer.

What advice would you give to companies looking to elevate their procurement strategies today?

Figure out the ideal future state that you would like your procurement process to be in. Focus on the high-level strategy first, before getting into the tactical process mapping.
