Zip named Best Startup Employer by Forbes for second year
This award is presented by Forbes in partnership with research firm Statista.
Today, we’re proud to add another honor to our list of accolades: Zip has been recognized in the Forbes list of America’s Best Startup Employers 2024. This is now our second year in a row receiving this recognition, and we’ve soared up to a ranking of #176 out of 500 companies. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes in partnership with market research firm Statista, Inc.
The ‘America’s Best Startup Employers 2024’ ranking looks at the best-performing startups as employers through defined KPIs that guide potential job candidates. More than 7 million data points on 20,000 companies were gathered and analyzed to compile this list. The companies were then evaluated based on three primary criteria: company reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth. The 500 startups with the highest scores made the final list.
